**After Manchester United [steamrolled past AZ Alkmaar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6e50Dfm3f0g&feature=onebox) to finish top of their Europa League group and cruise into the last 32, a [tweet from Utd Report](https://twitter.com/utdreport/status/1205245635588431872?s=21) has baffled some supporters in regards to the scoring records of Mason Greenwood and flop Alexis Sanchez.**

According to the [stat revealed](https://twitter.com/utdreport/status/1205245635588431872?s=21) on social media, Greenwood’s epic performance on Thursday, a match where he bagged a brace for the Red Devils, has taken him past star [swap signing](https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/manchester-united-sign-alexis-sanchez-as-mkhitaryan-joins/114yiid6d8ylxzhrkorjqtqt2) Sanchez in goals scored – with the Englishman now scoring six goals for United over the Chilean’s five.

The ex-Arsenal man was signed back in January 2018 in a bid to start competing for the Premier League title, but after one and a half [underwhelming seasons](https://www.sportsjoe.ie/football/alexis-sanchez-season-manchester-united-200956) at Old Trafford, Sanchez was loaned out to Serie A contenders Inter Milan.

Now, after being faced with an unbelievable stat, United supporters have taken to Twitter and slammed Sanchez further – here’s what they had to say.

> From day 1 that Sanchez transfer to Utd frustrated me. Utd sign a player on the decline when there’s superior youth prospects coming through the academy. I’m glad we got rid of the Chilean [#MUFC](https://twitter.com/hashtag/MUFC?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)
