# Manchester United: Many fans believe Haaland signing shouldn’t be priority in January

The 19-year-old has been electric this season, [scoring eight goals in the Champions League from six appearances and netting 16 in 14 during the Bundesliga campaign so far](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/erling-haaland/leistungsdaten/spieler/418560). It seems he’s guaranteed to score goals and could be exactly what United need to get them firing again after choosing to sell their main target-man Romelu Lukaku in the summer.

It seems some believe other areas, including the coaching staff, need to be improved to get the best out of him.
