# Manchester United: Fans delighted as Fabrizio Romano sheds new light on Jadon Sancho

**Jadon Sancho has been linked with a [£100m](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-8505753/Borussia-Dortmund-eyeing-replacements-Jadon-Sancho-100m-Man-United-target-leave.html) move to Manchester United this summer.**

Sancho, who is [Borussia Dortmund’s](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/borussia-dortmund/top-scorers) top scorer this season, has been tipped to return to Manchester [three years](https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-city-jadon-sancho-sterling-16577437) after he rejected a contract at Manchester City and moved to Signal Iduna Park instead.

The Red Devils are [the clear front-runners](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2020/03/02/manchester-united-leading-race-make-jadon-sancho-record-premier/) to sign him in the summer, amid interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.

According to [Fabrizio Romano](https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1281001125467033603), as relayed by [@utdreport](https://twitter.com/utdreport/status/1281014394416136192), Sancho is still interested in joining United, despite the fact that talks have not started yet. Although no progress seems to have been made at the moment, the 20-year-old has told [Dortmund](https://www.espn.co.uk/football/soccer-transfers/story/4132231/dortmund-preparing-for-life-without-jadon-sancho-sporting-director) that he wants to leave Germany.

Both sides seem to want the move, as the Bundesliga challengers are willing to [cash in](https://twitter.com/sampilger/status/1280468201592238080) on the winger. Solskjaer has been [chasing Sancho for several years](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2020/03/02/manchester-united-leading-race-make-jadon-sancho-record-premier/) now and the England international could be a total game-changer, as he scored 20 goals and supplied 18 assists in 46 games in [all competitions](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/346300/Show/Jadon-Sancho) this season.

Naturally, many United fans gushed over the journalist’s “lovely” update on social media, with one supporter calling the news “class”.
