# Manchester United: Fans dismiss potential Jack Grealish swoop amid better options

**Manchester United have [been in the hunt](https://www.espn.co.uk/football/soccer-transfers/story/3981669/sources-manchester-united-target-right-sided-midfielder-as-part-of-transfer-plans) for another attacking player, prompting rumours from all around Europe which include a[few star names](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1214984/Manchester-United-transfer-news-Bruno-Fernandes-Sporting-Lisbon-strong-interest), but judging by this recent debate on social media, Jack Grealish should be at the bottom of the list.**

Grealish, who has already garnered [four goals and four assists](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/113069/Show/Jack-Grealish) from midfield this season in the Premier League, has been one of the names repeatedly [linked](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/10466776/solskjaer-man-utd-transfer-jack-grealish-aston-villa-screamer-old-trafford/) to an Old Trafford switch – but supporters aren’t particularly keen on prioritising the Englishman above all other options.

The 24-year-old has almost single-handedly propelled Aston Villa this season, with his influence in midfield establishing a notion that he could be on [Gareth Southgate’s radar for Euro 2020](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50624098).

Regardless, some United supporters feel that they should aim higher in their pursuit of a new attacker – with a host of names being thrown around on Twitter as potential alternatives.
