# Manchester United: Fans exasperated after revelation over potential Bruno Fernandes transfer

**Manchester United were left frustrated after the BBC revealed some news about the potential transfer of [Bruno Fernandes](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49230085) to the club.**

[According to the BBC,](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49230085) the Old Trafford giants have ruled out a move for the Sporting CP midfielder.

The news about the Portugal international follows on from the news that the club had ended talks with [Juventus star Paulo Dybala](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49230085) over fears of his commitment and wage demands.

However, there is some good news, as it has emerged that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have completed a move for Harry Maguire ([club’s official website](https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/harry-maguire-confirmed-as-man-utd-third-summer-signing)).

Manchester City boss [Pep Guardiola](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49229051) revealed that his club was also interested in Maguire, however, couldn’t afford the 26-year-old.

As for Fernandes, fans are in shock over the revelations and took to Twitter to show their exasperation at the news.

Here is a selection of tweets from Manchester United fans following the news about Fernandes:
