# Manchester United: Fans hail Marcus Rashford after Player of the Month win

**The Manchester United forward has been on fire this season for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, particularly in November, scoring [three goals in four Premier League games](https://www.manutd.com/en/matches/fixtures-results) over the last month – prompting the club to award him [Player of the Month](https://twitter.com/marcusrashford/status/1201881993040060422?s=21).**

Rashford found the net against Sheffield United, Brighton and Aston Villa as well as scoring in the Red Devils’[3-0 win over Partizan Belgrade](https://www.manutd.com/en/matches/matchcenter?matchId=2027284) in the Europa League.

As well as this, the Englishman has been a crucial figurehead and United’s main source of creativity following an originally [slow start to the season](https://www.goal.com/en-us/news/rashford-is-back-to-his-best-keane-delighted-to-see-man-utd/1t8b1rawctbn91s01ttn8yuqh1).

All in all, Rashford has bagged [seven goals and assisted four others](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/300299/History/Marcus-Rashford) in the Premier League alone going into tonight’s game – already just three strikes away from equalling his tally for the whole of his 2018/2019 campaign.

As a result, supporters have recognised his importance to the side if they’re going to challenge for a top-four place and ultimately praised him for winning Player of the Month – here’s what they had to say on Twitter.
