# Manchester United: Fans in hysterics following agreement for Romelu Lukaku

**Manchester United fans are in a laughing mood after details emerged about Romelu Lukaku’s move to Serie A side Internazionale.**

[According to Fabrizio Romano](https://twitter.com/utdreport/status/1159167225082892288)[,](https://twitter.com/utdreport/status/1159167225082892288) Romelu Lukaku has signed a five-year deal ahead of his move to the San Siro, where he will earn £300,000 per week.

Lukaku follows the likes of [Ander Herrera](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/jul/04/ander-herrera-signs-five-year-deal-psg-manchester-united) and [Antonio Valencia](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47422205) in leaving the club so far this summer. The Spaniard joined French Champions Paris Saint-Germain, while Valencia joined Ecuadorian club, L.D.U Quito.

Manchester United have made three signings so far this summer, with [Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Daniel James](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/manchester-united/transfers/verein/985) all joining the club.

The Red Devils open their Premier League season at home to Frank Lampard’s [Chelsea](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/manchester-united-fixtures-201920-premier-league-schedule-match-dates-kickoff-times-a9025991.html) on Sunday.

Fans seemed to be in hysterics over Lukaku’s reported wage, and showed their reactions on Twitter.
