# Manchester United: Fans laud David de Gea after 300-game landmark

**Loads of Manchester United fans have been lauding goalkeeper David de Gea after he made his [300th](https://twitter.com/ManUtd/status/1223713516240195584?s=20) Premier League appearance against Wolves on Saturday.**

With the game ending 0-0, the day did not exactly end in success for the Spaniard and the Red Devils. However, the gap between them and fourth-placed Chelsea still remains at just six points, with De Gea helping to prevent an increase after an inspired performance against Nuno Espirito Santo’s men.

He managed to keep a clean sheet, his 105th in the Premier League, after making three saves (as per [WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/1376137/Live/England-Premier-League-2019-2020-Manchester-United-Wolverhampton-Wanderers)). It is no wonder several Manchester United fans were quick to throw around words like “king” and “fabulous” after the game.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will now be hoping for more of the same when the Red Devils take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge after the winter break.

You can have a look at what supporters have been saying about the 29-year-old below…
