The Manchester United forward has [come under scrutiny from supporters](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premier-league/manchester-united-angered-fans-give-their-opinion-on-rashford/) in recent weeks having [failed to score in his previous three appearances](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/marcus-rashford/leistungsdaten/spieler/258923), but he put in a magnificent performance for the Three Lions in Sofia last night.

Rashford was awarded a match rating of 9.27/10 for his efforts against Bulgaria, after scoring once and acquiring a pass completion rate of 87% (via [WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/1341282/LiveStatistics/International-European-Championship-2019-Bulgaria-England)).

United fans will be hopeful that the 21-year-old retains form when league leaders Liverpool come to visit Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
