# Manchester United: Fans slam Paul Pogba after Didier Deschamps comments

**Plenty of Manchester United fans have been slamming Paul Pogba as Didier Deschamps commented on his situation with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team.**

As per [France Football](https://www.francefootball.fr/) (via [United Zone](https://twitter.com/ManUnitedZone_/status/1325833510553341953)), the France national team boss said:

*“Paul, I know him well and he knows the group well. He is in a situation with his club where he cannot be happy, neither with his playing time nor with his positioning.”*

Indeed, this is a pretty big claim to make as it suggests that Pogba is not happy at the Red Devils and thus, that he may want to seek a move away from Old Trafford as soon as possible.

The France international has only completed the full 90 minutes twice all season and has been used both as a defensive midfielder and as a central midfielder ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/paul-pogba/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/122153/plus/0?saison=2020&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=)).

Perhaps with the likes of Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek to choose from, Solskjaer does not know where best to play Pogba, and given that the 27-year-old cost a club-record [£94.5m](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/paul-pogba/transfers/spieler/122153) from Juventus back in August 2016, he should probably be getting more game time.

Nonetheless, it may be a wise idea for United to sell him for a good price and use the cash to invest in other areas of the squad that perhaps need strengthening.
