# Manchester United: Fans slam reports concerning Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho

**Manchester United fans are slamming reports from Goal about moves for  Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window.**

[According to the publication](https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/man-utd-ready-to-spend-big-on-sancho-and-haaland-in-january/5nnf2uw06tag15uyshqnoic49), the Red Devils are confident of completing a double deal worth £185m for both the Red Bull Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund men in the winter window.

Haaland has been in brilliant form for the Austrian side this season, scoring 26 goals in just 18 games across all competitions [(via Transfermarkt)](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/erling-haaland/leistungsdaten/spieler/418560). Meanwhile, Sancho picked up where he left off last season, [scoring four goals and assisting eight in just 16 games](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jadon-sancho/leistungsdaten/spieler/401173/plus/0?saison=2019).

The Old Trafford giants wanted to add Sancho to their ranks in the summer, but the lack of Champions League football put off the attacker [(via BBC)](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48278922).

Fans were slamming the reports of a deal for the two stars as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Old Trafford faithful, who seemingly doubt Ed Woodward’s ability to pull off the deals:
