Manchester United are one of a number of Premier League clubs planning to bid for Palmeiras star Endrick Felipe, according to a fresh transfer update.

The Lowdown: Endrick shining in Brazil

At just 17 years of age, Endrick is very much an emerging prospect in the Brazilian game, shining in his homeland despite his lack of experience.

He is yet to make a first-team appearance for Palmeiras but he has scored six times in seven matches at Under-20 level, not to mention bagging five in four for Brazil's Under-17s.

There is big interest in Endrick across Europe, not least from the Premier League, which is where United come into play.

The Latest: Man Utd eyeing up move

According to journalist Jorge Nicola on YouTube [via Sport Witness], United are in the mix to acquire the teenage attacker's services.

He claims that the Red Devils, Newcastle United and Tottenham have all promised to make bids 'in the not very distant future', while Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also strongly linked.

The Verdict: One for the future

There is always something particularly exciting about a young Brazilian player with great potential, given the fearlessness and flair that they play with.

For that reason, Endrick could be a hugely positive addition for United, acting as a long-term signing who could go up a gear under the management of Erik ten Hag.

Beating Premier League and European rivals to his signature would be an added bonus for the Red Devils - the interest from multiple super clubs suggests his potential is sky high.
