Manchester United have been busy ahead of the 2020/21 Premier League season by signing Odion Ighalo.
After impressing on loan at the club he supported as a boy, the Red Devils have reached an agreement with Shanghai Shenhua to extend the Nigerian’s deal, as he has scored four goals in eight appearances so far.
Man United are linked to some of the world’s biggest stars, including Donny van de Beek, Kalidou Koulibaly and Wilfred Ndidi, to name but a few.
One name has been mentioned more than most, as the Red Devils have been chasing Jadon Sancho for over three years now. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer appears to be no closer to signing the Borussia Dortmund forward.
Indeed, according to Kicker, as relayed by @utdreport, Sancho is still waiting for an offer from United. Although he has told Borussia Dortmund that he wants to return to England, the German outlet revealed that BVB have not received a formal offer or bid for the winger.
Failing to sign Sancho would be a personal blow for Solskjaer, as he has made it clear that the 20-year-old remains his top priority, despite the fact the Red Devils are making a list of possible alternatives in case they can’t sign the Englishman in the summer.
Naturally, lots of United fans blasted the “crazy” transfer update, with one supporter insisting there shouldn’t be an “excuse” and another adding that the board should “sign him already.”
Scroll down through some of the scathing reactions so far…

United need to stop messing around and get the deal sorted. Chelsea have already signed Ziyech and Werner so there’s no excuse
