Manchester United: Fans devastated by latest Jadon Sancho update as Dortmund issue ultimatum - Manchester United Transfer Rumours

Manchester United are desperate to sign Jadon Sancho having chased him for over three years now.

Sancho has already told Borussia Dortmund he wants to leave, amid interest from Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City.

The 20-year-old, who moved to the Signal Iduna Park for £7m in 2017 after rejecting a contract at the Etihad, is the club’s leading goalscorer this season, ahead of his teammates Erling Braut Haaland and Marco Reus.

According to Ruhr Nachrichten, as per @utdreport, Dortmund have told Man United he will be able to leave the club for €120m (£108m) this summer. The Yellow and Blacks have also issued an ultimatum, adding they want proceedings to be wrapped up by the beginning of August.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made it clear that Sancho is his top priority in the summer, although Ed Woodward has urged caution, as he insists it is unrealistic for fans to expect the board to splash the cash in these unprecedented circumstances.

Woodward now has less than a month to reach an agreement with the Bundesliga giants and whether or not he will be able to seal a deal remains to be seen.

Unsurprisingly, many United fans slammed Dortmund’s “insane” demands for Sancho, with one supporter tweeting this is “rubbish,” and another adding their valution is “outrageous” due to the economic impact of the pandemic.
