Manchester United: Fans react as club are reportedly offered Alex Telles

Manchester United have been linked with a move for Sergio Reguilon from Sevilla, but it looks like other targets in the left-back position are available and a lot of the Red Devils fan base are reacting to the news which suggests that United have been offered Alex Telles.
According to Duncan Castles, and tweeted out by utdreport, FC Porto want €25 million for the full-back, who has also been offered to Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Last season in Liga NOS, Telles was definitely a stand-out performer as he was strong at both ends of the pitch. In defence, he managed on average 1.1 tackles, 1.8 interceptions and 1.2 clearances per game, via WhoScored. In attack the defender scored eleven goals, picked up eight assists and averaged 1.3 shots per game.
His threat at both ends of the pitch would be a great asset for the club to have and the 27 year-old could be a very good transfer if United did sign him. He comes with an abundance of experience in Europe, including in the Champions League and if Telles is available for the club to buy, they definitely could have a very good left-back at their club for the new season.
Here is what fans said following the news, with some delighted by the news whereas others seemingly would prefer to sign Reguilon, who helped Sevilla win the Europa League last term and is four years younger than Telles.

Telles is a better choice. He’s good at crossing, a proper set piece taker, great at attacking and also he can be a role model to williams and shaw. Yes reguilon is younger and promising. But we also need experiences. Talent and promising is definitely not enough these days

We get offered players left and right. I’m sure Ed will turn this down
