Newcastle United: Fans laud takeover analysis from Football Law

Lots of Newcastle United fans have been lauding analysis on the prospective takeover in the North East as Football Law shared their views on their Twitter page.
As per the outlet, the article aims to provide some background information of the proposed deal between Mike Ashley and the Saudi-led consortium, give details of the background, controversy and the individuals of the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) and explain its applicability.
In addition, the report sets out the relevant provisions of the Premier League’s owners’ and directors’ tests (ODT) as well as giving their own opinion on whether the ODT, from what is known and set out, is likely to prevent the bid.
Will the new owners pass the Premier League tests?
Yes

No

In summary, Football Law concluded that the tests should not prevent the would-be owners from taking over the Tyneside club, giving a boost to several members of the Toon faithful.
Naturally, these NUFC supporters lauded the analysis on Twitter as they are desperate for a takeover to go through so that they can be rid of Ashley, with whom they have a strained relationship:
