Newcastle United: Pete Graves gives takeover update involving Premier League - Newcastle United News

Pete Graves has given a rather positive update on the proposed takeover of Newcastle United as he responded to a fan on his official Twitter page.

As per the tweet of the Sky Sports journalist, he says that the final decision still remains with the Premier League and clarified that he does not think that the chances of the prospective takeover happening are not over yet.

Indeed, there have been various claims and reports that the £300 million deal between Mike Ashley and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabian (KSA) group may be in danger of collapse given just how long the whole saga has dragged on for now.

A recent report from the Daily Mirror has claimed that the bid has been indefinitely stalled as the Tyneside club are apparently planning for the next season under Mike Ashley and with Steve Bruce remaining as their manager.

Will Newcastle takeover leader MbS pass the ODT set out by the Premier League?
