Crystal Palace fans have reacted to the 2-2 draw in their penultimate pre-season friendly versus AFC Wimbledon at Kingsmeadow.
Some fans were irked by the match and commented on how poor of a result it was, while others were less frustrated, noting how Palace put out a very young team.

Amongst the highlights of the game was the fact that Mamadou Sakho started for Palace for the first time since late February. He got 60 minutes for Palace – adding to his 19 at Ashton Gate on Saturday – which is an encouraging sign for the French defender.
Sakho captained the side, who were leading 1-0 thanks to a goal from Brandon Perrick before Sakho left the field. Finlay Macnab then equalised for the Dons, before Perrick put Palace back in front.
The game finished with joy for the home side, however, thanks to a Tommy Wood equaliser in the 90th minute that sent the home fans crazy – for a friendly, anyway.
The other first-teamers that appeared for Palace were new signing and suspected third choice keeper Stephen Henderson, while Jairo Riedewald and Connor Wickham also made appearances.
There was a mixed response from the Palace faithful, with some venting their anger at a reserve side only getting a draw against a second-string AFC Wimbledon, while others tried to call for some calmness, reiterating that there was not much hanging on the match.
