# Liverpool: Fans want to sign Ousmane Dembele

**Liverpool have been linked with a whole host of players in recent weeks.**

Timo Werner, of course, has been the main one whom the Reds are said to be interested in (BT Sport [via The Daily Express](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1286579/Timo-Werner-Jurgen-Klopp-virtual-transfer-meeting-Liverpool-RB-Leipzig)), but he is far from the only player reportedly on the Anfield outfit’s radar. AS Roma’s [Nicolo Zaniolo](https://www.transfermarketweb.com/?action=read&idsel=207144) is one who has been mentioned, whilst there has been plenty of speculation surrounding Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly (Corriere dello Mezzogiorno [via TEAMtalk](https://www.teamtalk.com/news/euro-transfer-gossip-liverpool-koulibaly-deal-agreed-tottenham-niang)).

Now, there has been another report emerging in regards to Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele. The France international was signed by the Blaugrana in 2017 for [£96.8m](https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/41075084), but he has struggled to make a real impact at the Camp Nou, with [injuries](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ousmane-dembele/verletzungen/spieler/288230) playing a big part. [Journalist Gianluca di Marzio](https://gianlucadimarzio.com/it/calciomercato-dembele-futuro) says that the European champions have made a loan offer with an option to buy for the 23-year-old.

The Reds fans appear to be delighted by the suggestion that they could sign Dembele, indeed this is a player who has scored 41 goals and provided 44 assists in just 153 club appearances ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.com/ousmane-dembele/leistungsdatenverein/spieler/288230)).

They have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts, and you can see some of the best comments from the social media platform below.

> Although he is very injury prone and behaved not well, I think a loan would be perfect. Not really a risk and he is “cheap” aswell now! 🥰🙏
