# Crystal Palace: Fans react to Joachim Andersen footage

**Crystal Palace shared footage on their [official Twitter channel](https://twitter.com/cpfc/status/1458376636873707522?s=21) of defender Joachim Andersen from Saturday’s win over Wolves, with numerous Eagles fans duly reacting to the tweet.**

The Danish defender has been a [regular](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joachim-andersen/leistungsdaten/spieler/260827) under Patrick Vieira this season following his [£15.75m](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joachim-andersen/transfers/spieler/260827) move from Lyon over the summer.

He made his [11th](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joachim-andersen/leistungsdaten/spieler/260827) Premier League appearance of the campaign prior to the international break, helping Palace to a fourth clean sheet of the season and three points at Selhurst Park.

The 25-year-old, who recently withdrew from Denmark’s squad due to a [minor injury](https://twitter.com/MattWoosie/status/1458471216512110600), was Palace’s best-rated defender against Wolves, completing 11 of his 15 attempted long balls, as per [SofaScore](https://www.sofascore.com/crystal-palace-wolverhampton/dsh).

One of the most impressive of those came in the first half when he received the ball from Vicente Guaita before switching the play with an inch-perfect pass to Odsonne Edouard.
