# Crystal Palace: Wilfried Zaha receives praise from fans as he is in the TOTW on FIFA

**Crystal Palace put in a very solid performance against London rivals Fulham on the weekend in the Premier League. They came away with a [2-1](https://www.sofascore.com/crystal-palace-fulham/hsT) victory, with [Wilfried Zaha](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/crystal-palace-news/crystal-palace-andros-townsend-wilfried-zaha/) being named [Man of the Match.](https://www.cpfc.co.uk/news/2020/october/vote-for-your-etoro-man-of-the-match-from-fulham-v-crystal-palace/)**

However, it is not the only accolade he has received following the match as FIFA 21 have named him in their Team of the Week. The south London side [tweeted](https://twitter.com/CPFC/status/1321512146287681537?s=20) this news, which has gone down a treat with many Eagles fans.

It is well-deserved as the Ivorian received an 8.8 rating, which was the best on the pitch [(SofaScore)](https://www.sofascore.com/crystal-palace-fulham/hsT). He was involved in both of his team’s goals, scoring one and setting up the other. He was a threat throughout the 90 minutes at Craven Cottage as he completed seven of his eight dribbles, made four key passes and had 51 touches.

Clearly his teammates know the importance of Zaha at Palace – Cheikhou Kouyate [said](https://www.besoccer.com/new/zaha-is-an-amazing-player-502809): “We know Wilf is an amazing player, a very, very good player, but today – what a goal for him. He’s very important for us.”

If he continues to play like this, then the Palace faithful could be in for a very exciting season.
