Should Spurs risk Harry Kane in the UCL final? - Playmaker

Tottenham Hotspur fans are definitely not used to gearing up for Champions League finals, which makes the 1st of June even more special for everyone involved.

Mauricio Pochettino has done tremendously well to get the North London club to where they are, especially as Harry Kane has missed key parts through injury, including both legs against Ajax in the semi-final.

Although, the South American is faced with a huge decision ahead of kick-off in Madrid as he needs to decide whether Harry Kane should be drafted straight back into the starting lineup.

Interestingly, a Spurs fan called Sam Chippek has urged Pochettino to put the Englishman on the bench and stated that the likes of Lucas Moura and Son Heung-min have worked brilliantly without him.

Kane is giving Pochettino a headache that certainly won’t help Spurs’ cause as the finger could be pointed at the Argentinian if things don’t go their way, regardless of whether he starts on the field or on the bench.

Tottenham Hotspur fans, do you think Pochettino should start Kane on June 1st? Join in with the discussion by commenting down below!
