The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern were impressed with Michy Batshuayi last night…
The Belgian got another chance to shine against Nottingham Forest, and he took the opportunity with both hands.
Bagging his first Chelsea hat-trick, he couldn’t have done much more to impress Antonio Conte.
Following the game, the Belgian took to Twitter to bring up a much-discussed topic amongst footballing circles – his FIFA rating. After questioning his stats in the next iteration of the game previously, the Belgian fired another message to the creators of the game, EA Sports, following Chelsea’s victory – jokingly demanding that his rating be revisited

EA Sports FIFA then fired back at the Belgian, sharing a mock-up card of what his rating could be like that if he played that well every week.
Certainly, were Batshuayi to score as frequently as he has over the last week or so, Antonio Conte would have a big decision on his hands when it comes to picking a forward.
Unfortunately, though, his form has proven to be very up and down in recent months, and that’s something he needs to work on, particularly if he so desperately wants that upgraded FIFA card.
Batshuayi is certainly showing signs of improvement, and so it’s no surprise that he is questioning the lowly rating that he has earned in this year’s iteration of FIFA.
Real life is, of course, more important though – and Antonio Conte won’t care about his virtual rating. Rather, he’s interested in what he’s doing on the pitch, and against Forest he did everything right.
