Manchester United fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern have been delighted with their side’s start to the Premier League.
Jose Mourinho’s men have been unstoppable so far, winning both of their opening games with very little trouble.
Their new signings have all settled in well, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in particular taking to the Premier League like a fish to water.
They face a staunch test this weekend, with a trip to Hull – who thus far have defied expectations and remain undefeated in the league – despite not having a manager.
It definitely won’t be an easy weekend for the Red Devils, and the Portuguese boss needs to ensure that he picks a team capable of performing.
On paper, there’s little doubt the Manchester giants will be favourites. However, the nature of the Tigers’ start to the campaign suggests the meeting on Humberside is no forgone conclusion.
