The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are divided ahead of their upcoming clash against Hoffenheim…
On the one hand, some fans are extremely confident. Last season was a very strong one from the Reds, and if they perform anything like they know they can – German outfit Hoffenheim shouldn’t be a problem.
However, the other half of the supporters in the Transfer Tavern are concerned, especially given their side’s lack of success against Watford on Saturday. The Reds faltered to a surprising 3-3 draw with the Hornets, leaving much to be desired.
Indeed, things were made tougher by the absence of Philippe Coutinho, and according to Sky Sports News, the Brazilian is set to miss out once again against Hoffenheim.
All that said, there can be no excuses from Jurgen Klopp. This is arguably the biggest game in Liverpool’s season, and they cannot afford to lose.
Despite the lack of success against Watford, a lack of options means that the German will likely be forced to utilise a very similar team on Tuesday.
With that said, if Klopp picks this Liverpool XI, they will surely beat Hoffenheim…
