Arsenal’s season draws to a close on Sunday when the Gunners take on all but relegated Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday.
Despite spending more days at the top of the Premier League table than any other side over the season, Arsenal will end the campaign having to settle for another fourth placed finish, after watching their title challenge fall flat as winter turned to spring.
Arsene Wenger has at least managed to guide his side to the final of the FA Cup, where the Gunners will have the opportunity to end their nine year trophy drought then they take on Hull City at Wembley in a week’s time.
But next season the Arsenal fans want to see their side spend some money, and mount a sustained challenge for both the Premier League and the Champions League crown.
Wenger has relied on young talent for too long, and with the club set to be given a huge transfer warchest after years of saving, and a new kit deal with Puma, now is the time for the Frenchman to build a world class squad.
With new faces sure to be coming in, you can be certain there will also be some on the way out.
With that in mind, we have identified five players who could be fighting for their Arsenal futures this summer.
