Wilson PalaciosTony Pulis’ return to Premier League action ended in defeat on Saturday, as he watched his new Crystal Palace side slip to a 1-0 defeat against Norwich City at Carrow Road.

Palace remain stuck in the bottom three, and face a relegation six pointer at home to West Ham United which is live on BT Sport tomorrow evening.

The Hammers will go into the game high on confidence, following their 3-0 win over Fulham at the weekend, whilst the game will also be Tony Pulis’ first in charge at Selhurst Park.

When a new manager comes in, it is human nature to look at his previous work, which in Pulis’ case is at Stoke City.

Therefore, Palace fans will be hoping their new boss can implement some of the positive things he did during his time at the Britannia Stadium.

Home form was notoriously strong for Pulis during his time at Stoke, with the Britannia being viewed as one of the Premier League’s most difficult places to get a result.

Therefore, tomorrow night will give the first indication as to whether Pulis can transform Selhurst Park into something of a fortress.

Pulis no doubt has a tough job on his hands, and has already stated he is targeting January reinforcements.
