By all accounts the 2012/13 season was a memorable campaign for Manchester United.
Their 20th league title was secured with relative ease in what turned out to be Sir Alex Ferguson’s farewell season, with Robin van Persie scoring a stunning 26 league goals in the process.
The Champions League defeat to Real Madrid aside, it is difficult to think of too many real low points for United throughout the last campaign, but being the club that they are and with a new era upon them, no doubt new manager David Moyes will be identifying players he believes can give more to the cause.
Some may find themselves fighting for their future at Old Trafford as early as the first day of pre-season training, whilst others are going to need to forced to start with a clean slate in order to prove what they can do.
