It looks set to be a busy summer at Stamford Bridge – as is so often the case.
Reports today suggest Atletico Madrid left back Filipe Luis is scheduled for a medical at Stamford Bridge before being unveiled as the Blues’ third signing of the summer.

The Spanish midfielder was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United and former club Arsenal, however it was Jose Mourinho who won the race for his signature.
Fabregas has proven Premier League experience, and at the age of 27, you could argue he will be playing at Stamford Bridge during the peak of his powers.
The Spaniard is also joining a Chelsea side that Mourinho insists has been in transition, with the 2014/15 campaign the time things are predicted to fall into place.
