As we head into the international break, everything seems to be going perfectly for Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger has guided the Gunners to top of the Premier League table, and has been awarded the Manager of the Month – whilst star midfielder (never predicted I would be writing that a year ago) Aaron Ramsey has picked up the Player of the Month award.
Five wins out of seven is not half bad considering the start the Gunners made, and the pressure Wenger found himself under following their opening day 3-1 defeat to Aston Villa.
But the results that have followed, and the signing of a certain Mesut Ozil, means Arsenal are now being talked about as genuine title contenders.
But should the Gunners go on to end their trophy drought this season, they will need a couple more faces in January.
Wenger has been given the green light to splash the cash once more, with a defender and a striker his top priority.
But before any new faces can be bought in, the Gunners boss will look to continue his mission of disposing of all the deadwood at the Emirates Stadium.
He got rid of most of it during the summer, with the likes of Andrey Arshavin, Gervinho and Andre Santos making their farewells.
But there is still more to be done. Here we have identified 5 players Arsenal should look to offload in January.
