The 2012/13 season proved another case of so near but yet so far for Tottenham Hotspur, and ultimately ended in agony on the final day of the season, with Andre Villas-Boas’ side missing out on Champions League football to fierce North London rivals Arsenal.
If you look beyond that heartache however, Tottenham did enjoy a very good season. Here we have compiled a list of five reasons why we expect Tottenham to be back challenging the top four next season.
