This has supposed to have been a transfer window that Arsenal fans could finally enjoy. But so far it has proven almost as stressful as the three or four that have preceeded it, only in a different sense.

This time around, Arsenal have assured their supporters there will be no high profile outgoings, but high profile incomings instead, something that so far despite all the speculation has proved to be a false statement.
Gunners fans have grown increasingly frustrated by the fact no high profile signings have walked through the Emirates Stadium doors, and Arsene Wenger and the clubs hierarchy have come in for criticism for taking too much time.
There is still four whole weeks until the start of the Premier League season, and plenty of time for Wenger to bring in his new recruits.
