The good news for Arsenal fans is that pre season is almost over. It never seems to be a happy time of year for Gunners supporters.
Last year saw them part with star man Robin van Persie, whilst the year before saw supporters bid farewell to key men Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri.
This transfer window was supposed to be different, and whilst it has been in the respect there has been no high profile outgoings, supporters have been left just as frustrated by the lack of incomings.
Arsene Wenger’s reported £70 million transfer budget remains untouched, despite the club being consistently linked with a host of big name stars.
Wenger has overseen six pre-season friendlies, all of which have included the same players that scraped a top four finish last season, with a few talented youngsters thrown in for good measure.
This season is make or break in many ways for Arsenal, with supporters desperate for the club to end their silverware drought and become title challengers once more.
