The Reds remain in the Premier League top two after another scintillating weekend of action, of which Rodgers’ men were mostly responsible.
Saturday’s 3-3 draw with Everton at Goodison Park was without a doubt the game of the season so far, but thanks to Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Southampton later that afternoon, it meant the Reds found themselves four points off the top.

The weekend’s action was just another example of exactly how tight this season is going to be, and the difference could well come down to who makes the best signings in January.

But just who is Liverpool’s latest transfer target?
Here we have identified five things you may not know about Kostas Mitroglou.
