As we enter the final week of what has been another incredible Premier League season, everything around White Hart Lane at the moment seems a bit flat.
Tottenham dominated the back pages last summer, with the Gareth Bale to Real Madrid saga, and the club spending his world record fee and a bit more on a host of exciting new players.
But so many have failed to deliver, Andre Villas-Boas was out the door before Christmas, and Tim Sherwood has divided so much opinion he looks set to be shown the door at the end of the season.
The top four has proved well beyond the club’s reach once again, and chairman Daniel Levy will once again be looking for a major overhaul in the summer, on both the coaching and playing side of things.
Sherwood has not been shy in revealing which players he thinks are up for the fight, but the former midfielder looks unlikely to have any sort of say in which direction the club now heads.
With that in mind, we have identified five players who we feel may be under threat from the new regime at Tottenham.
