David Moyes has agreed to enter a whole new world by becoming manager of Manchester United, with surely the biggest difference now being his power in the transfer market.
The Scot worked wonders on a tight budget at Goodison Park for eleven years, often having to sell before he could buy. His arrival at Old Trafford will be a welcome shock for him, with the champions boasting an expansive transfer budget, with realistically any of Europe’s top talent within his grasp.
Moyes will also discover quickly that being manager of United, nearly every half decent player under the sun will be heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford at one stage or another.
