West Ham United entered the final day of the season knowing they had done the hard work of having secured Premier League safety already.
They found themselves in the strange position of having a major say on the destination of the Premier League title, with Liverpool fans praying they could cause an upset and nick all three points at the Etihad Stadium.

With that in mind we have identified five players whose West Ham futures look under threat this summer.
