Manchester City go into next season looking to retain their Premier League title after romping to success last season under Pep Guardiola.

A ridiculously talented squad saw them dominate domestically last season as they blew rivals United and Liverpool out of the water, and this summer has seen the club once again strengthen, with the addition of Riyad Mahrez the most notable at the Etihad.

Guardiola has the enviable task of trying to improve a squad which simply does not need much improvement, and it is tricky for the Spaniard to ensure he goes out and gets the players of sufficient quality to join the club.

However, here at the Transfer Tavern, we think we have identified one or two players who can indeed add to the City squad.

One of those players is Juventus and Argentina forward Paulo Dybala, who despite failing to ignite this summer's World Cup over in Russia, has been in absolutely superb form for the Italian giants over the last few seasons.

Valued at a whopping £99m by Transfermarkt, Dybala truly is one of few players in world football who can improve any squad.

Sublime with the ball at his feet, an expert finisher, and the sort of player who can make something happen out of nothing, Dybala would be a joy to watch in this current Man City team.

He is loved at Juventus, but the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo could put doubt in his mind about his place in the XI in Turin, and he might well just jump at a chance to move to the Etihad.

City fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
