Here in the Football Transfer Tavern, we think that David Luiz is a man in demand and it seems that the Daily Mail agree with us.
The publication claims that the Brazilian defender has yet another club who are chasing after him, and despite the fact that Jose Mourinho is not the biggest fan of the defender, there are a fair few managers who are.
One of our regulars notes that the defender is being tracked by both Barcelona and Bayern Munich, and we have been talking about those links for weeks in the tavern.
But now it seems that both of those giants have some stiff competition when it comes to landing the former Benfica ace.
Laurent Blanc and Paris Saint-Germain have already tried, and failed, to land Eden Hazard and now they have turned their attentions to someone we think they could well have a bit more success in landing.
Luiz can play in either the back four or in central midfield and is someone Mourinho would be willing to sell if the price was right in the summer.
This would allow the manager to add some cash to his transfer kitty and also enable him to use that money to buy either a much-needed forward or a defender he actually trusts.
Who is David Luiz most likely to join? Bayern Munich, Barcelona or PSG? Let us know your thoughts below.
