Everton have got European football on the horizon and the onus is on Ronald Koeman to ensure they make the most of the chance to play amongst some of Europe’s best teams next season.
The Toffees qualified for the Europa League thanks to their league placing and their supporters lining the bar here in the pub are optimistic that another solid season is on the horizon.
But moving forward, Everton need to ensure they bring in the right names this summer and there’s one man who might not be as close to joining as first thought.
The man in question? AC Milan striker M’Baye Niang. Italian outlet Calciomercato has revealed the French forward isn’t as keen on a move to Goodison Park as the Toffees are and is potentially holding out for a bigger side to come in for his signature.
Niang has already been told that he’s not a part of first-team plans at Milan moving forward and he’s widely expected to leave the club at some point over the summer months.
Calciomercato also reports that Niang is holding out for a move to Arsenal this summer but it’s not yet known whether the Gunners are keen on making a move for his services.
Everton fans- how big of an addition would Niang be if he did move? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!
