Agent of global superstar keen to represent Man United ace

rashfordrashfordrashfordrashfordManchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern have spent the latter part of this campaign heralding the latest talent to emerge from their youth set-up and they’re gathering around the bar to hear a snippet of gossip which surrounds their new hero.

The Times states that the agent of Cristiano Ronaldo, Jorge Mendes, is keen to represent prolific striker Marcus Rashford after his sensational rise to prominence this season.

Since making his debut, Rashford has scored seven goals in 13 appearances and many have backed him to earn a spot in Roy Hodgson’s squad for the European Championships. Whilst that’s unlikely, it’s testament to the ability of an 18-year-old who was unknown just a few months ago.

Now super-agent Mendes, who represents the likes of Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho, is keen to help the young striker develop his career.

Our landlord is concerned though as he feels Rashford getting too big for his boots could have phenomenal consequences and he hopes the teenager keeps himself rooted moving forward.

United fans, how big a success can Marcus Rashford be? Let us know in the comments below!
