Liverpool’s new Brazilian man between the sticks will be key to success this season if the Kopites are to win some silverware. SInce Jurgen Klopp has been at the club they’ve got to three cup finals and lost them all. Falling victim to Manchester City in the League Cup, Sevilla in the Europa League and Real Madrid most recently in the Chamoions League final.
However, after years of hurt for the fans and plenty of lost finals, Klopp looks to have recruited well enough to try and win some silverware. The Premier League will be the hardest for them to win and considering their last triumph in the English top flight came back in 1990 before the Premier League was even a thing. Now, though, with the help of Alisson, the Kopites could return to glory for the first time in 29 years.
