Arsenal fans in The Transfer Tavern are gathered around the pool table discussing reports of a failed move for a young Championship prospect.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Premier League side enquired to Championship side Fulham about the availability of hot prospect Ryan Sessegnon.
At 16, Sessegnon is tipped for a bright future and when Fulham enquired about the availability of Arsenal youngster Serge Gnabry, the Premier League side tried to strike a deal for the youngster.
Sessegnon is being touted as the next Gareth Bale and his abilities have not gone to waste with numerous club’s interested in making a move for the hot prospect.
It is likely that Arsenal will return with a new offer for the youngster but they will face competition for the player, as several other Premier League sides beginning to show an interest in the young prodigy.
The Arsenal fans in The Tavern are delighted that the club made a move for the youngster and are hopeful that come the summer they will be able to convince Fulham to do a deal.
