Arsenal: Fans believe Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would net more without Unai Emery

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored his 50th goal in an Arsenal shirt in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Wolves. He reached the landmark after playing 78 games for the club, but some fans think he could have scored that many a long time ago if they had someone other than Unai Emery in charge.
The Gabon international signed for the Gunners in January 2018, for a club-record £57.38m after scoring 141 goals in 213 games for Borussia Dortmund. He scored 22 goals in his first full season in England and has already scored eight so far this term, putting him on course to have a more successful campaign this time out. Despite his success so far, Goal have reported that he’s considering leaving the club due to the lack of progress Emery’s side is making.
Fans of the club might well agree that’s the right decision for the player if the reactions to one of the club’s tweets are anything to go by. Arsenal’s official Twitter account posted the 30-year-old’s 50th goal to congratulate him, and fans were quick to point out that they think he’d score much more without the current manager at the helm.

Well played Auba. The fact you have scored 50 goals in a sea of misery is some effort.

Auba…If we don’t get top 4 this season, then you and Lacazette should leave. You are still in your primes, you don’t need to waste it playing thhrsday night footie.

He would have 100 if he hadn’t had to play under Emery for 20 months!

Sacking Emery will make our fanbase more happier than posting @Aubameyang7 goals repeatedly. He would score many more goals with a better system built around him. One without Emery.

Arsenal fans, what do you think Unai Emery needs to change to challenge for the title?
