Arsenal: Fans don’t want Mesut Ozil added to squad for game against Liverpool

The Arsenal fans below are totally against the idea of adding Mesut Ozil to their starting eleven for the top of the table clash against Liverpool on Saturday.

The German playmaker has finally made his return to full training following security worries and a minor illness, both of which have kept him out of the club’s opening two games of the season.

The former Germany international has been the centre of criticism in major away games in recent seasons. Last campaign, Graeme Souness insisted that Ozil often ‘disappears’ in a big away games.

He said: “…the big games that really matter, where the big players are generally the ones that make the difference to win you those games and I don’t think in his career that he’s done that enough times.” (Source: The Mirror)

It seems fans agree with Souness’s opinion and don’t want Ozil starting the game away to Liverpool.
