The transfer window has been a successful one for The Gunners so far, with five new players coming in to bolster the side. However, the fans are all in agreement that they need to add a winger to the squad and according to The Daily Star, that winger could be 20-year-old Leon Bailey of Bayer Leverkusen.
BREAKING: Arsenal and Manchester City are interested in signing Leon Bailey fro, Bayer Leverkusen as per Starsport. https://t.co/FrD7K0A23y

According to the article in the Star, Bailey is only on a wage of around £7000 per week and with both Manchester City and Arsenal interested in the Jamaican star, there’s no doubting that he could see his wage rise ten-fold. His wages might be low, but the fee required to prise him from Germany would be massive as Leverkusen value their young exciting winger at upwards of £60 million.
Arsenal fans have been trying to convince themselves that they’ll be signing Ousmane Dembele this summer and whilst that’s extremely unlikely, a move for Bailey would be much more realistic. The Kingston-born speedster bagged himself 12 goals and six assists in 34 games last season, despite being deployed on the wing, and if he does make a sensational switch to the Premier League then the Gunners will be expecting him to match those to match those numbers at The Emirates.
