For Arsenal fans, just hearing the name Thomas Rosicky brings back some happy memories. The 37-year-old spent ten years as a Gunner after signing from Borussia Dortmund in 2006 and leaving for Sparta Prague in 2016. However, he’s now set to put the famous red and white shirt back on again in a game against Real Madrid legends on September 8th.

This game will be an entertaining one for Arsenal fans everywhere, who will be rushing to pack out The Emirates for the game that will feature some of the best players to have featured for the club in recent years. Rosicky is just one of the names confirmed for the clash but for a lot of fans he’s the only that they need to see confirmed to make them want to go onto the Arsenal website and buy a ticket for the game.
The game will take place on Saturday 8th September and will be a repeat of the 2-1 loss at The Bernabeu from early June and the Gunners’ will be hoping that the friendly fixture will provide plenty of entertainment, some Rosicky magic and a win for the Arsenal legends. The game is still a long way away and the Premier League will be in full swing when the teams take to the pitch but ultimately it will be about enjoying the occasion for both the players and the fans.
