Arsenal fans on Twitter have been raving over their young on-loan forward Reiss Nelson as he continues to tear up Germany. The youngster broke through last season under Arsene Wenger and since then he’s flourished, with his latest loan move to Germany proving very successful as he’s become the third youngest player to score five goals in the Bundesliga.

Arsenal fans everywhere were gutted when they saw the news that Nelson was being sent out to Hoffenheim, however, it looks like the player is benefiting from the move and it’s hard to imagine that the youngster would be getting the same amount of game time if he was currently playing for The Gunners under Unai Emery. Either way, the Arsenal fans are desperate to see Nelson back at The Emirates and have called for him to return in January.
There’s no doubting that the youngster has bags of talent and after seeing his close friend Jadon Sancho make the move to Borussia Dortmund, as well as the success that both Ademola Lookman and Reece Oxford found with RB Leipzig and Borussia Monchengladbach, the move must have seemed like a no-brainer for young Nelson. The next step for the 18-year-old will be to continue showing his brilliance when he returns to London at the end of the season, or sooner if Emery calls for it.
