Arsenal fans on Twitter left shocked by Tyreece John-Jules’ calmness

Arsenal fans have been loving life recently, with their Europa League and Premier League campaign’s very much on track, and it’s only set to get better. The future of the club is in very good hands with the youth on their books, and the latest prospect popped up yesterday with the winner in a friendly, as Tyreece John-Jules scored against Al-Nasr.

The 18-year-old forward came off the bench yesterday to replace Alexandre Lacazette. If that isn’t already a huge honour, replacing your club’s starting striker, then he only went and made it a day he won’t forget in a hurry as he bagged from the bench to make the score 3-1 at the time. His goal would prove to be decisive, though, as their opponents would pull one more goal back late on.
The Al-Nasr friendly was an opportunistic game for the Gunners, and it gave their fans something to watch and look forward to whilst club action is on hold. The game meant nothing as it was friendly, but to young John-Jules, it will have meant everything. The youngster has been in red hot form for Arsenal’s U18 side this season, with eight goals and three assists in six games, and now the fans are eager to see a little bit more of that form for their senior side.
