Reiss Nelson is going to be a world beater one day. The young Englishman is part of the movement that has seen a number of young English stars escape to Germany whilst still young to get first-team football and aid their development. However, Nelson is only on-loan and a lot of Arsenal fans can’t wait to see him do what he does in red and white.

Pretty much every single Gunner knows that they have a special young talent on their books. The winger turned 19-years-old yesterday, and that will serve as a subtle reminder to the Gunners of just how special the young attacker is. In his ten outings in the Bundesliga this season he has already scored six goals and registered one assist, making him one of the most prolific players in Germany, scoring at a rate of a goal every 64 minutes.

That record is truly incredible, and it’s something that Unai Emery will be licking his lips over as he prepares for life with the young starlet in his ranks next season. Initially, when Emery opted against keeping Nelson at the club there was an uproar from the supporters, but the Spanish tactician made the right call as Nelson would never have achieved the minutes he’s getting now had he remained in North London, and when he does return to The Emirates he’ll be a serious talent.

You can read the Gunners’ verdict on Nelson here:

The Gunners can’t wait to have Nelson at The Emirates in his prime, and they’ll hope Emery can help to squeeze every little bit out of him to try and achieve his potential.
